Unit 2 sits high enough that the skyline does the decorating. The plan keeps the frontage clear and puts the weight of the design on two surfaces instead: a book-matched marble wall in the living room, and ribbed timber that runs from the ceiling down the flanks and around the corners.
Furniture is arranged in two conversational blocks rather than one long run, so the room works at six people and at twenty. Sculptural ring pendants in brushed brass hang low over each, and the terrace beyond — planted, furnished, and level with the interior floor — reads as a third seating area rather than a balcony.
The private rooms take the same language quieter. The kitchen is oak and veined marble with a full slab island; the master carries a fluted upholstered headboard against a hand-painted botanical wall over herringbone walnut; the dressing corridor is lined floor to ceiling in timber with a glazed bay for what deserves to be seen.

Two Rooms in One Frontage
Rather than one long sofa run, the living floor is set out as two seating blocks under their own pendants. It lets the room hold a quiet evening and a full gathering without rearranging anything, and it keeps the glazed frontage clear from end to end.
